Jim & Mary Deleo (founders of the Tre Mari Bakery).
The name 'Tre Mari' is translated into English as 'three seas'. This a reference to the three seas that surround Italy; the Adriatic, the Tiranian, and the Ionio.

Vincent Deleo Sr., Tre Mari's founder, understood decades ago the value of having good bread accompany any meal. What he started has developed into a bustling business that operates at both the wholesale and retail level. Today, over 100 employees are working daily to make sure that our customers always have a great shopping experience.
In over 50 years of operations, Tre Mari Bakery has always been a family affair. Tre Mari Bakery started out as a quaint little grocery store/bakery in a predominantly Italian neighbourhood on St. Clair Ave. West. Vincent and his wife worked diligently and were as concerned with making a quality product as they were with serving the community.
A generation later, the two Deleo sons, Frank and Joseph are managing the wholesale business while their wives, are overseeing the retail division. The Deleo family has grown along with the company. The Deleo grandchildren are also involved in the business and are carrying on the tradition of providing a great product to the community.
